1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Cravings Catering website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Catering Services

2.1 Service Description

Cravings Catering provides professional catering services for weddings, corporate events, private gatherings, and other occasions. Our services include menu planning, food preparation, delivery, setup, and service staff as agreed upon in your order.

2.2 Quote Requests

Quotes provided through our website are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual guest count, menu selections, venue requirements, and other factors. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

2.3 Minimum Orders

Minimum order requirements apply to our various services:

• Gourmet Meal Boxes: Minimum 10 units per order
• Private Events: Customized based on event type
• Corporate Catering: Subject to event requirements

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 30-50% of the total quote is required to confirm your booking. The exact deposit amount will be specified in your quote or order confirmation.

3.2 Final Payment

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date. For large events, a payment schedule may be arranged. We accept payment via bank transfer, Telebirr, CBE Birr, and credit/debit cards.

3.3 Guest Count Guarantee

Final guest count must be confirmed at least 72 hours before your event. Increases may be accommodated subject to availability. Decreases of more than 10% from the guaranteed count may not result in a reduced bill.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 30 days before event: Deposit forfeited
• 15-30 days before event: 50% of total amount due
• Less than 15 days before event: 100% of total amount due

Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

5. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

We take food allergies and dietary restrictions seriously. It is your responsibility to:

• Inform us of all known allergies and dietary requirements at least 7 days before your event
• Communicate any severe allergies that may require special handling
• Ensure your guests are aware of ingredients if needed

While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies should exercise appropriate caution.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cravings Catering shall not be liable for:

• Delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (force majeure)
• Issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the client
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Third-party services or venues not under our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Website Use

7.1 User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

7.2 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Cravings Catering and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

7.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
